Mistral Screamer Freeride has the same shape as the Mistral Lightwind Slalom range. The Screamer is build in a glass-carbon PVC construction and the footstrap positions are less hard-core compared to the Mistral Lightwind Slalom.
The Mistral Screamer Freeride has a vee throughout the bottom for control and speed and it has small incorporated cut-outs to minimize the wet surface.
The Mistral Screamer Freeride comes with DaKine footstraps and a high quality fin, G 10 Maui Ultra Slalom. Mistral Screamer Freeride is pretty hard-core compared to other boards within the freeride segment.

The Mistral Screamer, like a dedicated slalom design, needs to be really well powered up to perform fully. If you are happy and capable to sail this way then you will be rewarded with blistering performance and superb control when you get to the limit.
In the gybes Mistral Screamer Freeride is not the most nimble of boards but for a board of its width it can still carve very well provided you are committed throughout the turn. For the best high-speed exits it favours a wider full powered gybe.
The Mistral Screamer Freeride is a freerace beast, best suited to more experienced riders who like to sail with maximum power.
